WDSAC Trophy Winners 2023-2024:

    Tania Barrell - 81.2kg Striped Marlin (27.12.23)
    Tania kicked off the season in style, earning recognition as the first female angler to catch a striped marlin this year.

  • Beau Barnsley Memorial Trophy
    Ryan Gordon - 12.14kg Snapper (23.11.23)
    Ryan claimed the title for the heaviest fish of the season on 10kg line, showcasing his skill and determination.

  • Bob Eriksen Trophy
    Jayden Green - Tagged Marlin (14.01.24)
    Jayden captured the trophy by landing the 100th marlin tagged or courtesy weighed, highlighting a significant season in our fishing community.

  • Boswell Trophy
    Lily Loveridge - 27.6kg Yellowfin Tuna (03.01.24)
    Lily demonstrated remarkable prowess by catching the heaviest gamefish by a small fry girl, proving that age is no barrier to success.

  • Campbell McKinnon Memorial Trophy
    Katisha Douglas - 127.4kg Striped Marlin (01.02.24)
    Katisha made waves by weighing in the heaviest striped marlin at Tutukaka, a testament to her skill on the water.

    Josh Armstrong - 1460.21 points
    Josh showcased his consistency and expertise, earning the title of Champion Angler of the Season.

    Alan Shortland - Estimated 120kg Striped Marlin

    Duncan Jones - 199.80kg Blue Marlin

  • Junior Rosebowl
    Bailey Douglas - 120.0kg Bronze Whaler Shark
